I know its been a couple of days but I have been busy. Felt I had to post now though. It's a very sad day for me.

Stuart Cable has been "sacked" from Stereophonics.

I am not happy at all. This is the beginning of the end I fear for my favourite band. *Sob*

On a lighter note I am off to bed now because I am going on holiday tomorrow.. yay!!

Not really much to say. That's why I didn't post yesterday. Yesterday did most of my ironing for the weekend and today finished it all off. So all I have to do now is pack probably Thursday morning. Looking forward to going away now.
Work was rubbish as usual. Completely fed up with people moaning at the moment. All I seem to hear of my staff. Theres not much I can do about it because I am only doing what my manager asks me to do. It's not my fault we have loads of work on at the moment. They should be grateful we aren't slack.
Going to get my dinner in a bit. Don't even know what I fancy to eat.

Slightly eventful weekend. Went to bingo yesterday and won the princely sum of £30. Not too bad but still didn't pay for day though. That will be my last time for 2 weeks because next weekend I am away in Ingoldmells, near Skegness with my mate Lisa and the following weekend I am in Birmingham for the Celebdaq midlands meet. Looking forward to both weekends.
Went out last night and had a really good night. About 30 of us were out from work and other friends so a really good turnout. However I managed to lose everyone in the nightclub for about half an hour. Luckily I managed to find them again. Then my other mates called to say they had finished their gig and were getting a curry so they ordered me one and came and picked me up from town. Haven't seen the lads in a few weeks so caught up on the gossip and stuff. So all in all had a good night. Stopped at Dave's house and got a lift back with Kev at around 10.30 this morning. Watched Fame Acadamey that I had taped (gutted welsh James has gone.. humph!) and then went back to sleep till about 5.30pm!! I wont be able to sleep tonight if I am not careful.
That's about it for catch up. Going to chill out tonight and do absolutely nothing I think. I have got a load of ironing to do for next weekend but that will have to wait till tomorrow morning. I really can't be bothered to do it.

Right then fingers crossed my car is finally sorted. I have a stereo that works,dash lights and a new battery to boot. Needed one for ages so hopefully everything will be fine now.
Not doing anything again tonight. How sad is my life? Friday night and nowhere to go. However I am out tomorrow night with work so should be a good laugh. Going to go and watch telly now.

Well what a day I had yesterday. Managed to find somewhere to get my stereo fitted and took it down straight away. They fitted it within half an hour which was great. Got home went to let myself in and oh dear I can't find my house keys. Cutting a long story short I had to wait an hour on my doorstep before my Mum came home from work to let me in. I called her to let her know and she said I would have to wait because she was going shopping first!! Thanks Mum just leave me stranded on a doorstep looking like an idiot. Anyway I was late getting to work because I had to get some dinner when she got in and I also went to get some more keys cut at the same place I got the stereo fitted. So got to work everything is fine, well as fine as it can be at work that is. Finish work, turn lights on on car and my dash lights aren't working. Typical things can never be easy for me. So I have just got back from stereo place. Changed a blown fuse thinking that might be it but no that was the fuse that had gone ages ago that worked my cigarette lighter and clock. So because it's light can't tell if my dash lights are working or not but I don't think they are. That means I have to go back again tomorrow when I know for definate that they aren't and they are going to have to take the front panel apart to find out why. Sometimes I wish I didnt bother with things and just leave things alone. It's not a major issue really that I can't see how fast I am going in the dark is it? Naa it will be ok. I hope.
Anyway going to watch a bit of telly now because I spent yesterday morning on my doorstep I am going to make the most of being inside today.

Hurrah. Half way through the week already. I finally managed to get rid of the headache from hell at 8pm last night. Today I am feeling much better, then again we shall have to see what happens when I get to work again.
Made a fool of myself yesterday. Went to get lottery ticket from local Alldays, went to open door and I couldn't so tried pulling it again and realised it was locked. Then happened to notice HUGE sign on door saying it would be closed till 4pm today due to refurbishment. Hmm wouldn't have been too bad except for the workmen actually in the shop looking at me trying to open a blooming locked door. Needless to say I walked back to my car chuntering away to myself. Thing is I dont know where else to get a ticket from. My local post office is shut ( why do shops shut for dinner hour in this day and age?) when I go to work so can't get it from there. Have to go to supermarket or something. Need to get it today I could be a winner tonight you know.
Car stereo information. My Dad told me there was a car stereo installers on the way to work. That's where he had his done. Fair enough I think so I am driving slowly down a main road trying to find it but to no avail. So I look again on the way home I still can't see it. Asked Dad to say if it definately was on this road and in the location he says " It's on the corner opposite the YMCA I drove past it the other day Helen". Ok I think I must be blind. So yesterday I look again and yes I do find a sign for it, however its faded and barely visable as the shop has now become a florists!!
So much for my Dad and his "I drove past it the other day". Humph. Anyway got the phone number out of Thompsons, still at old address in there but they may still have that number. In fact that's what I am going to do now.

Why do I still have this stupid cold. It's a week now since I started feeling ill and it hasn't gone yet. Not fair.
Work was ok I suppose last night. Just really struggling for staff at the moment. Apparantly I have four interviews on the way and according to Alan (my mananger) two of them are of a mature age. Hmmmm, so what, just because they are older don't mean they can work any better. Infact I often find the older ones are more lazy and cause more trouble because they refuse to do things because of ailments they have. I don't know we shall have to see wont we.
In the mean time I am quite looking forward to going out on Saturday night this week. Nicola who works on my shift is leaving on Thursday so about 30 of us are going out down town for her leaving do. Should be a laugh anyway.
Other news that I should say is that Caroline probably wont be able to go and see Stereophonics with me beacause she is at a wedding. Great. So now I have to ask my other mate Nicola (not the one I work with) if she wants to go. If she doesn't I am stuffed. Will have to go on my own. I wouldn't mind watching them on my own that's not a problem its just getting to Nottingham on my own is what's bothering me. Anyway we shall have to see. Not long now actually till I go. 15th November to be precise.

Monday morning. Have a headache. Just had breakfast of 60g of Frosted Wheats and a cup of tea. Just checked my Celebdaq acounts. Very pleased to say I have managed to get my account with Dave's namesake up in the top 30 again. Oh I could have so much fun changing his name about. Can't be bothered though. See if he gets any higher tomorrow.
Had a lovely long chat with Fraggle last night about everything and anything. Quite enjoyed it actually. Dave has just gone blogging mad, which quite frankly I think he is taking it a little too far. Like a lot of people have said blogging has been around for ages , no need to go over the top on it.
Still feeling ill you know. That's why I am typing really uninterestingly. It's not my fault I am trying, I just keep coming out with boring morose stuff. I can be fun sometimes.
Well think I am going to get a cigarette and then go and dry my hair. I also really need to find out about getting a new stereo for my car. Hmmm think I may search through the yellow pages as well.
Ok I'm off to go do things.

Did nothing last night. Done nothing today. Got up at 2pm believe it or not. I wasn't even that tired but because house was so quiet I must have just slept and slept. Not doing anything tonight either. May watch a bit of telly and that's it.
Back at work tomorrow. Great can't wait for that. Ok I'm going now. Oh yeah I broke my promise to be more interesting didn't I. Oh well I dont care it's my blog and I will be as boring on it as I like.

Went to Asda in the end. Bought 2 tops, a card, Heat magazine, Asda whitening toothpaste, The Darkness album - Permission To Land and a Weight Watchers Ham sandwhich (4 points). Thats what happened rest of yesterday well apart from nipping to the pub with my mate Caroline who has gone to Ireland on holiday today with her boyfriend James.
Today I have got up and gone to Bingo. I won the fantastic sum of £12.50 .... woohooo really thrilled about that (I am being sarcastic here by the way).
So anyway I have nothing else planned for today. Another boring night in on my own, well and the cat of course. She is a pathetic excuse for company though. She doesn't do anything apart from sleep and whinge at me to feed her.
Right I can't think of anything else to put today. I will try and be more interesting tomorrow. I promise.

It's Friday and it's my official day off from work.
Still feeling a bit ill. I am not usually a sickly person but this blooming cold has taken a right hold on me. Nasty horrible cold things. Humph.
Anyway still debating whether to go to Asda or not. I am still in my pjamas and can't be bothered to get changed.
You may have noticed two new friends on my blog. I haven't named them yet they are just my useless blobs. I like them though, they look friendly enough so I think they shall stay... well until I get bored with them that is.
I don't have any major plans for today. I think my mates are away or at work tonight, so it looks like a quiet Friday night in for me. Then again I said that last week and I had a hectic weekend so you never know whats going to occur in the next few hours.
It was a really horrible day at work yesterday. As soon as I got in it was hassle from all corners and it continued right up until 12am when I finished. That's why I treated myself to a kebab...naughty I know but I have been ill and I was hungry. It was dead nice as well. Mmmmm kebab.
Right do I sort myself out, get dressed and go to Asda, buy new clothes and get a card for Mum and Dad.... or do I just slob about and do nothing. Decisions, decisions.
Tell you what, I am going to post this now and I will let you know when I post again. Oooh the excitement, the anticipation... what will she do.

Hi again.
Well that was traumatic. Couldn't get back on here to post but I have now as you can see so all's well.
I'm sat here with a towel on my head, I really should go and dry my hair before I get my dinner. Going back to work today you see. Still full of cold but I'm a trouper...lol. No seriously I do feel a lot better today head isnt as fuzzy. Still got a snotty nose though.
Thought you might like that information.
I wonder what work has in store for me today. How many of my staff are not going to turn up. To be honest I am past caring about some of them.
Oh no I just realised, there was trouble on the night shift too. Hmmm I wonder is it too late to phone in sick again.
No no I am a good girl, I will go back today, besides if I don't I shall only be wondering about it all weekend.
Speaking of the weekend I really don't think I have anything planned this week. That's a surprise.. well apart from bingo Saturday morning but that's part and parcel of my life.
Possibly going to go to Asda tomorrow though. Going away in a few weeks time and I need some more clothes to wear down town. Also Mum and Dads 30th wedding anniversary on Monday so got to get a card.
Right then must go and dry hair. I have 15mins before I have to put my dinner on. You will soon come to see that I am a bit of a stickler for schedules. I like to have things done by certain times so I know I wont be late for work.

Ok I am off work at the moment because I am ill. This is my first day off for nearly a year. My friend Dave has told me about this thing. I am confused still at the moment. Is this supposed to be used as a diary thing or just for something to do when I am bored. Who knows, who cares to be honest.
I think thats what I am going to do. Use this as a diary thing.
Obviously it wont be anything too personal cause everyone can read it. Not that many people are interested in me but hey there might be someone out there.
Ok I have talked crap for too long now. Maybe do something tomorrow then again it may be a week or a month.
